Devonshires named Winners at Yorkshire Legal Awards 2023!

We're thrilled to have been named winners of the Residential Property category at the Yorkshire Legal Awards 2023!

As a firm with a strong focus on property related matters we take pride in our ability to provide comprehensive legal solutions for a diverse range of residential property matters and this award exemplifies our commitment to our clients and the sectors we work in.

Our submission showcased our broad experience and ability to work on complex deals, sensitive matters, and large scale transactions across three different practice areas delivered out of our Leeds office. Firstly, Real Estate & Projects led by Elad Yasdi, who leads the firms offering on tenanted stock transfers of residential properties. Secondly, Securitisation led by Chris Drabble, who provides advice on the charging of large portfolios of residential properties. And finally, Housing Management and Property Litigation led by Zoe McLean-Wells, who regularly provides advice to residential landlords.

Our Leeds office continues to grow at an exponential rate and we’re proud to be producing work that’s being held in such high regard.

“The Residential Property winner, as a whole, covers a lot of areas. The complexity of their work was clear in the listed cases and the work they do both internally and in the local community, including forums, training and employability days. A very deserving winner of this award.” – Yorkshire Legal Awards 2023, Judges comments

We’re honoured to have been recognised for what is truly a great demonstration of collaboration and shows just how far we at Devonshires go to serve our clients and the local communities.
