The public register of Higher Risk Buildings is now live

The Building Safety Regulator’s public register of higher risk buildings went live on 12 February 2024. The register provides information about each higher risk building (which the Government refers to as high-rise buildings) that is registered with the Building Safety Regulator. This information includes structural information such as the building’s height, number of floors and residential units as well as information about the Principle Accountable Person and Accountable Persons of the building. A link to the register can be found here: The public register of Higher Risk Buildings
