TSM Technical Requirements updated to reflect Housing Ombudsman's 2024 Complaints Handling Code

This morning the Regulator of Social Housing published an updated version of the Technical Requirements to align with the Housing Ombudsman's 2024 Complaints Handling Code which comes into effect on 1 April 2024. The amendments relate to:

  • CH01 - Complaints relative to the size of the landlord, and 
  • CH02 - Complaints responded to within Complaint Handling Code timescale

The amendments are minor and take into account the Ombudsman's definition of complaints and response timescales.
