This morning the Regulator of Social Housing published an updated version of the Technical Requirements to align with the Housing Ombudsman's 2024 Complaints Handling Code which comes into effect on 1 April 2024. The amendments relate to:
- CH01 - Complaints relative to the size of the landlord, and
- CH02 - Complaints responded to within Complaint Handling Code timescale
The amendments are minor and take into account the Ombudsman's definition of complaints and response timescales.
