We're delighted to have further strengthened our Housing Management & Property Litigation team with the hire of new Partner Justine Hunkins. Justine will bring the number of Partners at the firm to 64.
Justine has joined from Forbes Solicitors, where she spent a decade providing assistance to Registered Provider and Local Authority clients. Justine will be based in the Birmingham office. She will be joining an HMPL team headed by Donna McCarthy and an office led by Gemma Bell.
Justine brings 18 years of experience to the team. Her expertise spans across housing management, asset management, and complex litigation. Throughout her career, Justine has demonstrated a remarkable ability to lead and innovate. Justine was responsible for a team appointed as the sole provider of disrepair claims management services for a number of large registered providers. Her prior experience includes approximately eight years advising social housing tenants, further underscoring her comprehensive understanding of the sector.
