Devonshires act for Moat Homes Limited in new £100m Affordable Homes Guarantee Scheme funding

We are delighted to have acted for Moat Homes Limited on its new £100m loan under the Affordable Homes Guarantee Scheme. The transaction was the first deal since the AHGS was expanded to apply to the improvement of existing homes as well as the construction of new affordable units. The Devonshires team consisted of Luke Bevis, Rachel Dros and Ben Hahn in the Banking Team and Carlos Fernandes in the Securitisation Team.

It was a pleasure working with Chris Ellmore and Craig Muttett at Moat on the first funding of this nature in the social housing sector.
