Devonshires appointed by Cottsway Housing Association

Devonshires are delighted to have been appointed by Cottsway Housing Association as the sole provider to act on their behalf in relation to all matters associated with Governance, Human Resources, and Banking & Security Charging. 

Cottsway Housing Association was formed in 2001 and provide over 5,700 affordable homes for rent and shared ownership. Their homes are based across West Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, and Worcestershire; and their portfolio ranges from flats, bungalows to family homes.

Cottsway’s work revolves around its core purpose of ‘Together we are turning houses into homes, growing and building stronger communities and making a positive difference to people’s lives’ and it works in partnership with local authorities and partner agencies to not only invest in existing and more news for people in housing need, but also to support the local communities it serves.

The successful tender process, which covers a five-year period, commenced on the 1st February 2025, and is led by Partner Saghar Roya (Security Charging) together with Katie Maguire (Human Resources) and Gemma Bell, with support from Senior Associate Sharon Thandi, (Governance).
