First-Tier Tribunal decides first Remediation Order under the Building Safety Act 2022

Earlier this month, the First Tier Tribunal (“FTT”) issued the first Remediation Order under powers granted to it pursuant to the Building Safety Act 2022.

In this briefing we look at the decision in 2-4 Leigham Court Road, LON/00AY/HYI/2022/0005 & 0016 and the issues that arose in the case. We have examined the FTT’s approach and reasoning for its judgment.
