Devonshires acts on IPO of Adsure Services PLC

Devonshires represented Adsure Services PLC in its listing  on the Aquis Stock Exchange Growth Market on 30 October 2023.

Adsure is a specialist business assurance provider operating across the Housing, Healthcare, Government, Education, Charities, and other sectors. The trading subsidiary, TIAA Limited has been providing business assurance services for over 20 years. 

Helen Curtis, Prasan Modasia, Demetrios Lati and Chantelle Adadevoh worked with the company for over a year in preparation for listing.
