We are delighted to have acted for Southern Housing on the establishment of its £1 billion EMTN Programme, which was published on 18th June.
Our multi-disciplinary team acted for Southern Housing on both the debt capital markets and property aspects of the programme establishment.
The EMTN Programme is linked to Southern Housing's recently updated Sustainable Finance Framework which sets out the organisation's commitment to environmental and social principles and will serve as a valuable way for Southern Housing to extend the maturity and fixed rate percentage of its £3 billion debt portfolio.
Rachel Orgill-Harris, Partner, led on the debt capital markets work alongside Julian Barker, Partner, and Michelle Pascua, Solicitor.
Sharon Kirkham, Partner, acted for Southern Housing on the property charging work.
