Epping Forest injunction case in the Court of Appeal today

It’s rare for planning cases, let alone enforcement proceedings, to make headline news however the application for permission to appeal (with an appeal to follow if permission is granted) Epping Forest District Council v Somani Hotels Ltd will be considered by the Court of Appeal today. 

The Home Secretary is also appealing to be joined as an intervenor.
