New Infrastructure Projects Pipeline Published

As promised in the Government's 10 Year Infrastructure Strategy, the pipeline for new infrastructure projects has now been published through NISTA (National Infrastructure and Service Transformation Authority).

The dynamic online tool contains a monster downloadable spreadsheet which sets out data for 780 planned projects including transport, energy, schools and hospitals equating to some £530 billion of projects and programmes over the next 10 years of which £285 billion funded solely by the public sector. Data includes information on the projects including anticipated spend, status, expected completion.

The pipeline which is to be updated on a 6 monthly basis captures data from 40 organisations including Government and public bodies and is intended is to be a source of market insight and information to usher in a new wave of infrastructure delivery through both the public and private sector.

Potential investors will no doubt be at the ready to download and analyse!
